This online workshop acknowledges that Volunteers need to understand their roles and gain the knowledge, skills and feedback needed to safely and effectively carry out their duties. What steps do you need to put in place to ensure that you create an environment which is open and transparent, allowing the volunteer to grow and develop new skills and experiences.
