That’s why we have a team of dedicated volunteer staff—with admin experience—available every Tuesday to offer one-on-one support. They’re here to help community members who are struggling with online tasks, providing patient guidance and practical help in a friendly, relaxed environment. No question is too small, and no problem is too tricky—we’re here to make things easier.
