About Event
The competition runs over two sessions on May 31st 9am and 1pm where multiple bands will play from across the state. It is a vibrant celebration of musical precision, teamwork, and community spirit, where ensembles come together to showcase their artistry and skill. Bands perform three pieces, often spanning classical transcriptions, contemporary compositions, and traditional marches; Judged by experienced adjudicators. Beyond the contest itself, these events foster camaraderie, inspire musical excellence, and uphold the rich heritage of brass banding.
