Aiki Kai Aikido Bendigo is a member of Aiki Kai Australia and a not-for-profit organisation. Founded in 1965 by Sugano Shihan under direct authorisation of the Aikido Founder O Sensei Ueshiba Morihei and recognised by the Aiki Kai Foundation and the Aikido World Headquarters, Tokyo, Japan.
Aiki Kai Australia is a recognised Grading & Teaching Authority for Australia since 1965 and sole Australian member organisation of International Aikido Federation (IAF). All black belt grades awarded by Aiki Kai Australia are recognised world-wide at dojos affiliated with the Aikido Foundation Japan (Hombu Dojo). Membership in recognised at Aiki Kai dojos Internationally.
