Data Analyst (Ice-cream analyst) for kids

The Data Analyst course introduces children to the basics of data analysis through a fun and relatable real-world theme — ice cream. Students will explore how data helps businesses understand customer preferences and make informed decisions.

Throughout the course, children will collect and organise data by investigating favourite flavours, toppings, and choices from their community. They will design simple surveys, explore patterns, and represent their findings using charts and visual tools. Through hands-on activities, students will ask questions, test ideas, and interpret what their data is telling them.

Students will learn key concepts such as categorising data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions, while developing critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Activities are designed to support beginners while allowing more confident learners to explore deeper insights.
