Organisation Dashboard Help - listing your club, group or organisation and creating events

Helpful tips on getting the most out of the Organisation Dashboard for adding and editing your clubs/groups, events and user profile..

Once logged on the user will be taken to their dashboard, if not, click on Organisation Dashboard at the top right of the home page.

There are three options on the dashboard page:

Clubs and Groups: clicking on 'Add a club or group' will allow you to enter all your club, group or organisations details, what you offer, contact details, links to social media accounts which will show on your CONNECT page, upload a logo and photos. If your club, group or organisation fits under more than one category, you can create a listing for each, but these will need to be created individually by clicking on "Add a club or group'.

Events: clicking on 'Add Event' will allow you to create your event, this will include event name, brief introduction, dates, venue and location, a full event description, key search words, links to website or booking links and images. All events created will remain saved under "Events". You can click on a previous event and reuse the information for an upcoming event, editing the original details to include the new date, and any other changes, and then saving will generate a new event listing which will then be approved and published. Event listings you make will remain in your dashboard, once event dates have passed they will no longer be visible on the website event listings page or under event categories and will be archived. 

Edit Profile: clicking on this option will show the username, email account linked to the account and club, group or organisation name and details, this is where you can change the username, email address and reset a new password.
