Welcome to Little Heart Children's Counselling Service.

I have dedicated over 16 years to counselling children and families in schools and welfare organisations.  I provide psychoeducation and counselling to pre-schoolers, primary-aged children, and adolescents.  I also facilitate grief and loss groups, stress reduction groups and friendship groups in schools. 

My approach focuses on tailoring engaging sessions, using play and creative activities to help children understand their internal world of sensations, thoughts and emotions while assisting them to develop the skills to care for their body and mind. 

I have extensive experience addressing issues such as bullying, anxiety, depression, and family-related concerns.
