Bendigo and District Concert Band Inc
Bendigo and District Concert Band Inc has been performing in central and regional Victoria for over 26 years and is currently conducted by Mrs Catherine Moore. We are a community group who provide entertainment for both public and private events, including Good Friday, Easter Torchlight and Gala Parades, Community Christmas Carols and regular public concerts. We have also participated in a variety of competitions. If you play a brass, woodwind or percussion instrument and can read music then we'd love for you to join us.
About Us
Bendigo and District Concert Band Inc has been performing in central and regional Victoria for over 26 years and is currently conducted by Mrs Catherine Moore. We are a non auditioning community concert band who provide entertainment for both public and private events, including Good Friday, Easter Torchlight and Gala Parades, Community Christmas Carols and regular public concerts. We have also participated in a variety of competitions.
Any community member who plays a woodwind, brass or percussion instrument and can read music is welcome to join.
When
Thursday Nights
Music Academy 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Concert Band 7:30pm – 9:30pm
Beginners and those who are a bit rusty are encouraged to come to the Music Academy.
Members of both groups range in age from Primary school students to mature adults.
All are welcome.
