About Event

Ever wanted to know more about the bats that live in Bendigo?

Come along to learn fun facts about our local bats, from the furry, fruit-loving flying foxes in Rosalind Park, to the insect-eating, aerial acrobatic microbats. View the antics of the Grey-headed Flying Foxes hanging in the tree tops through binoculars and there will also be bat-themed arts and crafts activities for the kids.

For all ages.

This is an outdoor event so wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring binoculars if you have them.

Meeting point: Rosalind Park – Pine Lawn (2) near fernery

Bookings required.

Note: This event is weather-dependent and may be cancelled if poor weather conditions are forecast.
