Beginners Yoga is a welcoming and safe place to do something good for your body and mind. Meet new friends and improve your health with help from our friendly yoga teacher, who will support you to learn yoga techniques focusing on breathing, agility and strength.
No experience needed!
Yoga mats and equipment provided.
Please bring a water bottle and wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and hair tied back.
Runs every Monday from 9:30-11am during school terms.
