GreenConnect offers a support group for people living with dementia and their carers in the Loddon Mallee region. This government-funded initiative brings people together through nature-based activities and real connection in a safe and welcoming environment.
Our support group is suitable for people with early to mid stage dementia and their carers. GreenConnect holds regular activities to encourage connection with others and ongoing support.
GreenConnect is a free service and there is no cost to participants.
