Noahs Haven

Noahs Haven is a registered NDIS provider based in Bendigo, working across regional Victoria and Melbourne's outer suburbs. We deliver Positive Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, Supported Independent Living, in-home and daily living support, community access and transport, along with external supervision for behaviour support practitioners.

We are a practitioner led team. That means the people making decisions about your support are the same people who understand the clinical work, and they are reachable when you need them. We take on what we can properly see through, because a name on a caseload is not the same as a person getting support.

About us

Noahs Haven started with a mother looking for someone who would see her son as a whole person.

Our director, Courtney Wardley, spent years trying to find support for her son Noah. What she kept finding were providers who saw a set of behaviours to manage, not a kid with a personality, goals and a future. The systems around him were not built for him, and the daily cost of that fell to the family.

So she qualified as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and built the thing she could not find. Noahs Haven is named after Noah, and everything about how we work comes back to that same question: are we seeing this person, or are we seeing their plan?

In practice, that shapes who we hire and how we work. We look for people who lead with curiosity instead of judgement. We build support around someone's actual life, not just their funding. And we are aiming higher than getting by, because the goal was never dependence. It was always a life that feels genuinely yours.

We are not perfect and we will not pretend to be. But we will be honest with you, we will turn up, and we will tell you if we are not the right fit.
