Building bridges, creatively connecting with neuro diverse, alternate ability and traumatised children to identify their full potential

About Us

Whether you’re a dance teacher, educator, therapist, carer or enjoy embodied practices and self exploration, this training day can assist in equipping you with knowledge, strategies and inventions to help connect with a broad range of children, provide tools to target grounding and holistic development, embodiment and deepen these meaningful relationships.

Dance Therapy is derived from the evidence-based research and knowledge that we store more memory in our body than our brain.

As we move, we access these memories safely, non invasively, non verbally and person/child-centred in order to deepen our relationship with ourself therefore others.

The foundations of Dance Therapy is to strengthen the relationship with the self so that we can have more positive, meaningful and healthy relationships with others.

As we create space for children to explore these concepts creatively through movement, we build their confidence in their identity and innate strengths.

As nature provides so many natural soothing sensory sensations, a child’s inner material is more gently and enjoyably accessed

Too many of our world aged 10-14 years old who are neuro diverse and have alternative abilities are incarcerated..

To expand the way we interact, connect, hear, see and value our neuro diverse populations results in expanding the success, opportunities, joy, freedom and thriving they receive and WE receive their amazing abilities to show us how to love and create a world that is centred around our hearts

From our heart, we don’t have a choice….

From their heart, the know the way forward, we just need to listen, from OUR hearts…

Together, we learn how to do this
