About Us
For the past 28 years, the Discovery Science and Technology Centre has been providing hands-on learning experiences to inspire curiosity in people of all ages.
Discovery is uniquely placed to break down barriers to STEM participation, giving people the opportunity and confidence to be active, engaged citizen scientists and to nurture the next generation of confident, creative thinkers.
Discovery is home to a brand new, state of the art Planetarium. The result of grants & local donations. This is the Planetarium for Bendigo, by Bendigo.
Discovery features over 100 hands on exhibits, the southern hemisphere's tallest vertical slide and ROARY - our 2.5m tall and very chatty Tyrannosaurus Rex.
