Bendigo Cake Decorating Club

Bendigo Cake Decorating Club invites you to come to our monthly cake decorating activities. Our monthly Workshops include visiting demonstrators as well as our skilled, local members. We meet 10 times a year (no January or July meetings) and are passionate about cake decorating!

We welcome new members to explore the addictive world of cake decorating! Our Club caters for beginners and skilled decorators. Our motto is “come along and try-out”. Our members share cake decorating tools and equipment, so no need initially to buy equipment until you get hooked!

Each year we establish a calendar of cake decorating activities (for example: chic buttercream icing techniques; cake frilling with fondant; sugar flowers – hydrangea, rose, magnolia, orchid; decorating with chocolate; isomalt/rice paper toppers; piping techniques using buttercream on cupcakes/cakes; and back to basics – learn how to cover a cake with fondant). We keep up-to-date with new cake decorating trends! At our December meeting, we run a Gingerbread House Workshop community event.

Our meetings are on the second Saturday of the month: from 10.00am - 3.00pm. 

Member Fee: $10 - Club demonstrator

Non-member Fee $20.00 - Visiting demonstrator
